Dinner: There will be a dinner on the evening of June 4th, 2010 at the Harvard faculty club.

Accommodation: We are expecting hotel accommodation in the Cambridge area to be expensive and possibly in short supply at the time of the conference, so we urge participants to make arrangements as early as possible.
