* Sectioning: After the introductory meetings, calculus is taught in sections. To enroll in MathXb, Math 1b, Math 21a, or Math 21b, you must section by computer during the period starting Monday, January 26th, and no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday, January 29th. Note that you can re-section as often as you like during this time and your previous entry will be erased.
* Directions for Sectioning by computer:
From a Windows computer, open the SecureCRT application [Download from FAS]. Use the "Quickconnect" menu to open a connection with protocol
ssh2, hostname: ulam.fas.harvard.edu and username: section
From a Macintosh with OS X start the "Terminal" application located under Applications/Utilities. At the shell prompt, type
"ssh section@ulam.fas.harvard.edu" and type return.
Using any Linux or Unix computer, login into your FAS account. At the shell prompt, type
"ssh section@ulam.fas.harvard.edu" and type return.
